  • can lay up knitwear strips layers up to 11 cm
  • surface in aluminum heated by steam to avoid condensation
  • 3 suction fans with 0.30 HP each
  • tilts 16 to ease the pinning up of the knitwear strips
  • needles (diameter 2.5 mm) can be positioned in any hole
  • the table surface is fitted with needle-holes (hole distance 2 x 1 cm)

  • devided into 3 autonomous steaming sectors with automatic control of positioning of carriage and cycle time for steaming duration
Cutter
  • mouvable arm for vertical knife to ease cutting operation
  • vertical knife
  • special base (width 15 mm) for easy cutting between the needles
